This image is based on the story of Nuwa who created humans. The style of my artwork is heavily influenced by the self-taught New York artist, Vahge, who incorporates elements of dreams, literature, and stories into her works. She uses layers of paper to construct characters and scenes which adds depth to her paintings and links oddity with elegance. I used Leonardo Da Vinci’s “Vitruvian Man” as it is considered the perfect porportion of man.
